If you want a workout app that will ensure you are getting your sweat on, Sworkit is definitely the one you want. I had two friends suggest this app to me before I finally downloaded it. I was tired of searching Pinterest for workouts everyday and never finding anything I liked. 

This app is perfect is you just want to get a quick workout in or even if you're ready to work for an hour. You choose your workout time and what you want to work on (strength, cardio, yoga or stretching). 

I usually choose Cardio and use it as my main workout after a quick warmup. Then, I use the Sworkit Abs & Core App for another 10 minutes to try for those 6 pack abs :) 

My typical workout with Sworkit:

15 min warmup on Bike or Elliptical

2 x 500m Row (on Ergometer)

10 Minute Cardio Sworkit

10 Minute Abs Sworkit

You can do this little workout in about 30-35 minutes and get done feeling great!
