Christmas and Holiday DIY Projects
I feel like I spend so much more time on Pinterest around the holidays. I repin more crafts and baking tips than I have time to do but I absolutely love all of them. I've recently been falling in love with Brit + Co after seeing their daily holiday Snapchat story. I've also ended up using a few of their DIYs and fun holiday recipes.
My absolute favorite DIY was found on their Snapchat story. They are DIY Stamp Napkins! I know, it probably sounds a little weird and all but it was actually one of my favorite crafts.
What You'll Need:
- Fabric (I used Flour Sacks from World Market. You can find similar ones here)
- A stamp or two (Hobby Lobby has an endless supply of stamps to choose from)
- Ink Pads (I used green and red to be festive!)
- Newspaper- to avoid messiness
What I love so much about this project was that it was so easily customizable to anything you want to make out of it. If you want to stamp out some Christmas trees or even your initials, the choice is up to you!
I used a Christmas stamp and did one entire towel in red ink and one in green. My favorite one did turn out to be the green one and I've learned that darker colors will turn out better when it comes to ink pads.
So here is the final product! Tie them up with a pretty ribbon and they will be the perfect homemade gift for those you love!
