Paris, My Sweet

if I had to choose one book to read for the rest of my life, this would certainly be the one. paris, my sweet by amy thomas will transport you to the city of lights and allow you to experience the everyday life of being a resident in the beautiful city, just as thomas did herself. it is one for the dreamer, the imaginative, the creative. 

paris, my sweet by amy thomas is my most desired book, not because it tells the stories of living in paris. but because it allows you to feel as if you are there, walking down champs-elysees, on your way to laduree to grab a fresh macaron. i have always wanted to live in paris and this was exactly the book to convince me it was a pretty good dream. it doesn’t just include the good days, but the bad ones too. i adore the realistic touch and the everyday story telling. I loved this book for one simple reason- it made me feel like I was the one living the dream. thats the reason we read books anyways, right?
