Shoes for Everyday Wear
I've always found it so hard to pair shoes with my outfit. I can put together an entire outfit that I love but I always fall short when it comes to shoes.
I noticed this even more when I started college and I needed neutral shoes to go with leggings. It can get pretty cold in Oklahoma but lately, boots are entirely too warm for the weather. Last year I figured out how to wear tennis shoes with leggings (something I really used to hate) and it has made my life so much easier since then.
Because I am a college student, casual outfits are an everyday thing for me. Jeans and leggings are my essentials and I've found some pretty good shoe options to cycle through with my different outfits.
Nike Tennis Shoes // I've found myself wearing my Nike's almost every day (to class, to study, etc.) because they are great to throw on with anything. Like I said earlier, I haven't always been a huge fan of leggings and tennis shoes together, but I think if it's done right, it can be a cute, athletic look. I try to buy neutral colors so I can wear them with anything. You can design your own pair of roshes to make sure you get the style to fit your needs.
Converse // I bought my white Converse a few years ago when they were super trendy and I never let them go. They have become my go-to for jeans and I don't know what I would do without them. I don't wear my high top Converse as often but they look great with jeans or leggings. I love to wear them with wool socks and leggings when it's cold outside.
Sandals // With the weather being so warm the past few weeks, I've loved getting to wear jeans and sandals to class. Birkenstocks are always a great choice (and they have so many styles) and Tory Burch sandals can be dressed up or down for any occasion.
